Cancellation Policy
To respect my time and other clients, please review my updated policies below. Booking with me means you agree to these terms.
I understand life happens — please reach out as soon as possible if there’s an emergency. Communication is key and appreciated!
• Cancellations must be made at least 48
hours before your appointment.
• Same-day cancellations or failure to notify will be considered a no-show 100% charge will apply.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Please arrive on time.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to adjust your service or reschedule.
• 15+ minutes late will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the service. ( unless you have already messaged me )
